My career spans eBay ($9.6B), Levi-Strauss ($4B+), Williams-Sonoma ($4B), Eddie Bauer, elf Cosmetics, Patagonia, and True Religion. I am known for building high-performing teams, developing winning strategies under pressure, and showing up as the person in the room who gets things done.
